Autumn Harvest Mushroom – Mixed Mushroom Arborio Risotto
This is a 230g pack and makes 2 portions.
To make the Mushroom Risotto:
Put contents into a saucepan containing 800ml of warm stock and leave for 10/15 mins. Heat gently and simmer for 12/15 mins stirring regularly. When the mixture starts to thicken remove from the heat and stir for 1-2 mins. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
